Law and Human Behavior is a multidisciplinary forum for the publication of articles and discussions of issues arising from the relationships between human behavior and the law, the legal system, and the legal process. 

The journal publishes original research, reviews of earlier research results, and theoretical studies.

Coverage spans criminal justice, law, psychology, sociology, psychiatry, political science, education, communication, and other areas germane to the field. This is the official journal of the American Psychology-Law Society (AP-LS)/Division 41 of the American Psychological Association (APA).
