Strategy Analytics' components analysts were out in force again at Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona. MWC is the world’s most influential tradeshow for the mobile industry. Traditionally, the attention-grabbing headlines are primarily reserved for the latest smartphones and tablets that are on display, but the scope of the show has widened in recent years, as mobile technology has now become integral in our lives. While Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AI), 5G and Internet of Things (IoT) were the big themes at the show, there was also much for the enterprise to consider.
